They have set their vision following a full-scale review, having considered the changing environment of legal services in local authorities and are excited with their plans to bolster and develop the service to provide a first-class legal service to all employees in the council. Performance and development

Annual leave

Generous annual leave allowance, increasing with length of service and an additional 5 discretionary days used for Christmas shutdown.

Flexible and hybrid working is available. Barnsley also offer a generous flexi-time scheme which includes the use of up to 5 banked flexi days per year.
